This was one of the best Interim Board conferences I have had the pleasure to attend. If you were not there you missed A LOT of information. Saturday’s workshops were great!
Tech 101
We went through setting up a Yahoo and some aspect of a Google account and home page. A Calendar for IFPBW along with this blog and Goolge Groups have been set up so that you can easily keep up with everything. An in depth class on how to set up a Google account and connect the Google Calendars will be held at Convention in April.
Active For Life
Susie Dewaele is setting up a competition for all of us starting in January and ending in April at State Convention. We will be getting healthy and winning prizes. More information to follow.
Smart Money Smart Women
When setting up a budget for Christmas, don’t forget to add food, present wrapping supplies, and new decorations. I never thought to put that kind of stuff in a budget. For great ways to save money and support go to: www.treasurer.il.gov/programs/swsm/swsm.aspx
